Check-in time is any time after 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
For stays 1-3 nights, you must cancel by 11:00am EST the DAY PRIOR to your set arrival. For stays 4+ nights, you must cancel by 11:00am EST 2 DAYS prior to your set arrival.
For weekend stays during peak months (May - August) you must cancel by 11:00am 2 DAYS prior to your set arrival.
For major holiday weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve & Easter) you must cancel by 11:00am 7 DAYS prior to your set arrival.
Failure to follow our cancellation guidelines may result in charges.
